Just days after dropping her new single “Pasadena,” Tinashe has released the video for the track, featuring Buddy. “The song ‘Pasadena’ is about growth, family, and the feelings I get when I visit the area I grew up in— energetic, nostalgic, and hopeful,” said Tinashe.
The video, directed by Micaiah Carter, shows Tinashe taking in nature’s beauty and dancing atop an architectural stone structure, but it appears that the dreamlike sequence is part of a VR experience.
Pasadena is the first single off Tinashe’s upcoming album 333, her first since 2019’s Songs for You. Check out the video for Pasadena at the link – here.
