Wale has announced his brand-new project, posting on Twitter to give himself a shoutout and announce that his forthcoming new project, Folarin 2, (a sequel to his 2012 Folarin mixtape) will be dropping this summer.
Wale tweeted: “I understand you may feel how you feel for whatever soembody told you…but I just wanna reiterate that I’m one of the greatest of all time. Catalog. Consistency. Influence. Longevity. DMV. With that said “#Folarin2” this summer. ”
Folarin 2 will be Wale’s first release since last year’s The Imperfect Storm EP. As of press time, no release date had been announced.
