
Garth Brooks and Dolly Parton have been announced as co-hosts of the 58th annual Academy of Country Music Awards (“ACM Awards”). Parton is returning as host after co-hosting the show last year with Gabby Barrett and Jimmie Allen, while Brooks will be making his hosting debut.
Parton said in a statement: āI am thrilled to return to host the ACM Awards, this time with my friend Garth. While Iāve had the pleasure of spending time with him throughout the years, I canāt believe weāve never had the chance to work together. In addition to getting to see all this great new talent in country music, I am excited to have the chance to premiere the lead single from my upcoming rock album on the show!āĀ Brooks, who will kick off his Las Vegas residency shortly after the ACM Awards, added that āanyone with Dolly Parton makes a fantastic couple.ā

The 58th ACM Awards will take place at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas on Thursday, May 11 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT/5 p.m. PT.
