
Sony Music Publishing Nashville and Domain Capital Group have teamed up to acquire the full song catalog of acclaimed country artist Miranda Lambert, securing rights to her complete body of recorded works. The partnership also includes a new publishing agreement covering Lambertās future material, extending a professional relationship with Sony that began more than two decades ago in 2003. Financial details were not released.
The acquisition spans Lambertās celebrated career, which includes chart-topping singles such as āWhite Liar,ā āBluebird,ā āOver You,ā and āHeart Like Mine,ā along with landmark albums including Platinum, The Weight of These Wings, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and Kerosene. Her songwriting success also reaches beyond her own recordings, with credits on notable tracks for other artists, including Morgan Wallenās āThought You Should Know,ā Ella Langleyās āChoosinā Texas,ā Ashley Monroeās āIām Good At Leavinā,ā Luke Combsās āOutrunninā Your Memory,ā and Lainey Wilsonās āGood Horses.ā
Lambertās Grammy-nominated single, āA Song to Sing,ā recorded with Chris Stapleton, marked the biggest streaming launch of her career, while āTrailblazer,ā co-written and performed with Reba McEntire and Lainey Wilson, is also up for a 2026 Grammy. In addition, her catalog will inspire an upcoming project in development by Sony Pictures Television for Hulu.
